By splitting time between our Henrico and Chester campuses, athletes are able to leverage the best of both worlds: developing strength, conditioning, and technique at Henrico, while refining game performance, situational drills, and field-specific skills at Chester. This comprehensive approach ensures that students receive comprehensive training and well-rounded development, setting them up for success both on and off the field.
Henrico, VA Campus
The Henrico campus serves as the central hub for strength and conditioning training. With a fully equipped weight room and indoor training facilities, this campus focuses on building the physical strength, agility, and stamina required for elite performance. The indoor space allows year-round training regardless of weather conditions, giving athletes a consistent environment for development.

The spacious turf fields provide a safe and controlled environment for athletes of all ages to hone their baseball skills. With the combination of field space and technology, the Chester campus enables players to practice in real-game situations, further enhancing their development.
